4. It is difficult to provide support with incomplete description of errors (like server not working, application not connecting, internet not working, etc.). Please give a brief of the problem you are facing to help you better & faster.

The Support is provided free of charge untill the end of the support term bundled with the application - which is 1 year from the date of purchase.

The License has Lifetime Validity
